Shenida M. Porter serves as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer of PMG Global Freight & Logistic Corp. A seasoned operations executive and logistics professional, Ms. Porter is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, carrier network management, compliance programs, supply chain execution, and internal systems — ensuring PMG Global consistently delivers on-time, on-budget, and mission-ready performance across all federal and commercial contracts.

Ms. Porter brings a results-driven leadership style and a deep commitment to operational excellence. She plays a critical role in managing PMG's growing portfolio of federal contracts, coordinating with government agencies, prime contractors, and logistics partners to ensure seamless freight movement, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction at every stage of the supply chain.

As COO, Ms. Porter oversees PMG's compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements, federal documentation standards, and security protocols — ensuring the company maintains its standing as a trusted, audit-ready federal contractor.
